HOKMA I
A device used to relieve muscle pain and similar conditions by applying constant heat to the body.
Low-power light irradiator: a device used for treatment and similar purposes using output light with an energy density
below 20J/㎠ or 2W/㎠ (excluding infrared and ultraviolet)
Operating Principle
This device combines a medical thermal device, which applies constant heat generated by the heating wire inside the main unit to the body to relieve muscle pain, with
a low-power light irradiator, which uses output light with an energy density below 20J/㎠ or 2W/㎠ (excluding infrared and ultraviolet) for treatment and similar purposes.
It consists of the main unit (with built-in heating wire, bimetal switch, temperature sensor, and more, and fitted with LEDs) and a controller.
Each HOKMA I is joined piece by piece with rivets and carefully made by hand.

Personal Thermal Device in Detail

- Power lampLights up when power is ON
- Light, heat/light lampsEach lights up when the light button is pressed, or when the heat/light button is pressed twice
- Temperature control dialUse at a suitable temperature (20℃~70℃)
- Power switchTurns the device power ON/OFF
- Temperature displayShows light operation status, heating operation status, and the set and current heating temperatures
Operating Principle
Part of the supplied AC220V power goes to the heating wire, while the rest passes through an SMPS circuit and is output as DC 7.5V; part of this drives the Tact S/W, and part is converted by a constant-voltage IC into DC5V, which powers the microcontroller and peripheral circuits. Once reset by the power supply, the microcontroller controls function execution and the display according to inputs from the power switch, the heat/light button, and the light button. When the heating unit is turned ON with the heat/light button and the heating temperature is set with the temperature control knob, AC220V power is supplied to drive the heating wire, and heating operation is controlled by switching the triac ON/OFF. When the light unit is turned ON with the heat/light button or the light button, light is irradiated. Once the user sets the desired temperature, the temperature sensor detects the temperature and the heater repeatedly turns off when it rises above the set temperature and on when it falls below it, maintaining the set temperature. In case of overheating, a bimetal switch is activated to prevent overheating.
