Operating Principle
Part of the supplied AC220V power goes to the heating wire, while the rest passes through a rectifier circuit to become DC12V and then through a constant-voltage circuit to become
DC5V, which powers the microcontroller and peripheral circuits. Once reset by the power supply, the microcontroller controls function execution and the display according to the power switch and
temperature control button inputs.
When the heating unit is turned ON with the power switch and a temperature is set, AC220V power is supplied to drive the heating wire, and heating operation is controlled by switching the triac
ON/OFF. Once the user sets the desired temperature, the temperature sensor detects the temperature and the heater
repeatedly turns off when it rises above the set temperature and on when it falls below it, maintaining the set temperature. In case of overheating, a bimetal switch
is activated to prevent overheating.
